Saint Agur Blue Cheese mini wraps

- 125g Saint Agur
- 1 large wrap
- 100g sliced roast beef
- 1 tbsp milk
- Combine the Saint Agur with the milk until you reach a creamy consistency. Spread the mixture on the wrap.
- Slice the lettuce and scatter it with the roast beef on the wrap.
- Tightly roll the wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut the roll into slices of approx. 2 cm with a sharp knife.
