mini muffins with Saint Agur

Saint Agur mini muffins

A mouthwatering mix of sweet and savoury, these mini muffins with Saint Agur are quick and easy to make and the ideal snack for any time of day.

  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 250g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100g Saint Agur
  • 30g dried cranberries
  • 30g walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Stir the eggs, milk and oil together in a bowl. Stir the flour, salt and baking soda together in another bowl.
  3. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together with a spoon to make a consistent and smooth dough. Stir chopped cranberries and walnuts into the dough mixture.
  4. Distribute the dough evenly into 24 small muffin cases and make a groove in the middle of each muffin, fill with a small square of Saint Agur.
  5. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes and then serve warm.
